Vendors

Vendors can have a controlled free access to the EUR Document (Volumes 1, 2 and 4) for their own NPP design or technologies assessment purpose only:

• undertaking a full design assessment against the EUR requirements, as part of an application by the vendor for EUR certification of one of its NPP design (see Design Assessment Procedure)
• undertaking self-assessment of one of their NPP design (or part of it) or of any specific technologies or features (Structures, Components, Systems) against EUR requirements. The vendor commits to providing to the EUR Organisation within one year, a technical feedback report of their use in the self-assessment, at least: 
  • against the 53 “key issues” for a NPP design self-assessment; or
  • on the self-assessment of any specific technology or features (Structures, Components, Systems) of the design which was offered to get access to the EUR Document.

Rights of use for any use and NDA” shall be signed by a senior representative of the company. For any other use than assessment, the Vendors will have to request for access to the EUR Document (Volumes 1, 2 and 4) under the “Profit Making Organisation” arrangements.
