Utilities
The Rights of Use of the EUR Document (Volumes 1, 2 and 4) applicable to any EUR Member Utility, who is contributing in kind or in budget to the achievement of the EUR activities are the following:
- Full Rights of use for its own internal use (information, training, evaluations...),
- own User requirements and own call for Bids.
Complementarily, EUR Full Members can use the EUR Document for engineering or support services to Third Party*.
Utilities not willing to join the EUR Association will be allowed to access the EUR Document (Volumes 1, 2 and 4) in support of their activities after payment of Royalties.
“Rights of use for any use and NDA” shall be signed by a senior representative of the Utility company.
Non-EUR Member Utilities will have to request for access to the EUR Document (Volumes 1, 2 and 4) under the “Profit Making Organisation” arrangements.
